The Product Design Analyst will support the end-to-end design process for digital channels like Goldman.com and the PWM Mobile App, focusing on executing user-centered design solutions from wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping. Key duties include creating user flows, building interactive prototypes, analyzing user data for iteration, and collaborating with product managers and engineers for implementation.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for digital products
- Build clear, interactive prototypes to communicate design intent and facilitate usability testing or stakeholder reviews
- Assist in analyzing user data and research insights to suggest design improvements and inform tactical design decisions
- Partner with product managers and engineers to understand technical constraints and ensure successful implementation of design specifications
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system by documenting components and ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field with relevant coursework
- 0-3 years of industry experience in digital product design or UX/UI
- Portfolio showcasing 1-2 projects that demonstrate end-to-end design process
- Strong foundational skills in Figma and understanding of design systems
- Knowledge of human-centered design principles, including information architecture, wireframing, and responsive design
