
The designer will take ownership of design briefs from concept through final art across print, digital, broadcast, and event collateral, focusing on brand and event experiences. Responsibilities include designing high-quality brand assets, translating creative direction into resolved designs, and collaborating with various internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of design briefs from concept through to final art across print, digital, broadcast, and event collateral
- Design and develop high-quality brand assets including signage, event collateral, swag, toolkits, templates, and storyboards
- Translate creative direction and briefs into strong, well-resolved design solutions that align with brand guidelines and client objectives
- Work across multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and timelines effectively
- Collaborate closely with Senior Designers, Producers, Account teams, and freelancers to deliver cohesive creative outcomes
- Prepare accurate, production-ready files for small and large-scale print and digital delivery
- Contribute to creative ideation, brainstorming sessions, and concept development
- Champion creativity, craft, and attention to detail across the wider team
- Confidently receive and act on constructive feedback, continually refining and elevating your work
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in design, technology, culture, and events
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or a related discipline
- 3â5 yearsâ industry experience, ideally within an agency or studio environment
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and high-quality design solutions across a range of disciplines
- Experience delivering design for print, digital, live events, and brand environments
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A positive, inclusive, and approachable attitude with no ego
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting ideas internally
