The primary focus is supporting the Design as a Service (DaaS) model by executing a steady stream of diverse design tasks, including performance marketing creatives and branding assets, while maintaining high standards under rapid turnaround times. Responsibilities also involve translating briefs into functional designs, working within brand guidelines, building prototypes, and taking ownership from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
- Execute a steady stream of diverse design tasks, maintaining high standards across rapid turnaround times
- Translate briefs from clients and Project Managers into functional, visually compelling designs
- Work with and expand upon existing brand guidelines
- Build prototypes and wireframes for digital products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and commercial awareness
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- 2+ years of experience, ideally within an agency or fast-paced in-house team
- Fluency in English
- Ability to articulate design decisions clearly
