UI Designer

The role is responsible for guaranteeing all UX/UI aspects of digital projects, which includes analyzing, designing, and presenting user journeys, and facilitating UX workshops using methodologies like co-design and Design Thinking. Key tasks also involve creating wireframes, prototypes, graphic designs, building design systems, and overseeing the integration of mockups with developers.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for all UX/UI issues for digital projects
- Analyze, design, and present user journeys
- Create wireframes and prototypes
- Organize user tests
- Create a graphic charter
- Develop media supports for RS (posts and ads)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design or Multimedia
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design
- Experience in Design Thinking or Design Sprint
- Graphical design skills
- Creativity, curiosity, enthusiasm, and strength of proposal
- Relational and analytical skills
- Autonomy, agility, and rigor
