Mindshare: Senior Graphic Designer - Baghdad

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and animating high-quality motion graphics for various platforms to enhance the brand's visual identity and drive audience engagement. This involves developing creative concepts, executing design strategies tailored to social media platforms, and continuously optimizing graphics performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and storyboards for graphics projects based on briefs and marketing objectives
• Leverage AI tools to expedite the creative process
• Develop and execute design strategies tailored to each social media platform, maximizing the unique features and audience engagement opportunities of platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook
• Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends and animation techniques
• Work closely with the Art Director and the creative and social teams to refine and execute visual & content strategies, ensuring optimal alignment with market trends and consumer insights
• Continuously evaluate and optimize graphics performance based on analytics and user feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related fields is preferred
• Proven experience in graphics design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles and techniques
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and animation techniques
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and techniques is highly desirable
