
UX Designer, Assistant Vice President

The UX Designer will work closely with the UX lead to execute the product vision by participating in the end-to-end product design process, focusing on improving user experience by reducing clicks and automating complex workflows. Responsibilities include understanding user needs, synthesizing research data to make value-driven design decisions, creating various design deliverables, and partnering with engineers to implement responsive solutions.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the UX lead, help formulate and execute the product vision by being involved in every step of the end-to-end product design process
- Understand and document the underlying needs and motivation of our clients to ensure we achieve business goals and provide value to our clients
- Work closely with our research team to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data and make value-driven design decisions that translate into clear, simple UIs
- Create and present a variety of design deliverables (sketches, wireframes, user flows and prototypes) in a way that engenders confidence in you and your solutions with the team and the greater organization
- Design and deliver responsive/adaptive solutions that are optimized for web and mobile interfaces and partner with engineers to translate designs into successful products
Requirements
- Relevant experience and mindset
- Outstanding portfolio that demonstrates how you have created experiences that solved business and user needs
- 3-6 years as a UX designer who was a key contributor to the success of products that have launched
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field preferably, masterâs degree a plus
- Excellent skills in Figma
- Experience designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement
