The Product Designer will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually polished experiences across Appspace products by contributing to the end-to-end design process, from discovery to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff. This role involves creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups while collaborating closely with product managers, researchers, and engineers to solve user problems and maintain design consistency.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the end-to-end design process — from discovery and ideation to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff
- Partner with product managers, researchers, and engineers to design features that solve real user problems while maintaining consistency across Appspace
- Participate in user testing and design critiques to validate ideas and continuously improve the user experience
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual mockups to communicate design concepts and flows
- Collaborate with the design systems team to contribute patterns, components, and visual assets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience and portfolio work
- A portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects that demonstrate your design process, visual craft, and problem-solving approach
- Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design best practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
