Product Designer

The role involves rapidly prototyping concepts to illustrate future directions for AI-powered employee experiences and partnering with feature teams to improve existing products by identifying gaps and contributing solutions for clarity and efficiency. Responsibilities also include collaborating across disciplines, supporting usability testing, and translating research findings into actionable design explorations.
Responsibilities
- Rapidly ideate and prototype concepts that help illustrate future directions for AI-powered employee experiences
- Partner closely with feature teams to understand existing products, identify gaps, and contribute to solutions that improve clarity, efficiency, and delight for employees
- Cross-Functional Collaboration with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers
- Compelling Communication and Storytelling of design ideas
- Product Thinking to understand the broader employee experience, including workflows, constraints, and business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field
- Experience designing and prototyping in Figma
- Resume must include a link to design portfolio and password if applicable
- 2+ years experience shipping products to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process
- Strong visual design skills
- Excellent communication and presentation / storytelling skills
