Product Designer

The role involves owning end-to-end design execution across critical surfaces, focusing on user clarity and product simplicity, particularly within NexHealth payments. Responsibilities include leading product scope, shaping technical implementation through design-first thinking, and building scalable design systems.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end UX design across NexHealth payments
• Full responsibility for research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI
• Lead product scope and shape technical implementation through design-first thinking
• Collaborate tightly with PMs and Engineers as a co-equal product builder
• Build and evolve design systems and scalable UI standards
• Craft experiences that eliminate work or make the job dead simple for users
• Champion user clarity, accessibility, and precision across every surface
• Make design decisions that directly shape product architecture and engineering priorities

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of end-to-end product design ownership
• Deep experience in SaaS, platform, or API-heavy environments
• Strong product intuition and the ability to lead product strategy through design
• World-class taste and systems thinking
• Ruthlessly reduce friction, polish flows, and solve for clarity over cleverness
