The role involves owning end-to-end UX design across NexHealth payments, including research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI, while leading product scope and shaping technical implementation through design-first thinking. Responsibilities also include building and evolving design systems and championing user clarity, accessibility, and precision across all surfaces.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end UX design across NexHealth payments
- Full responsibility for research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI
- Lead product scope and shape technical implementation through design-first thinking
- Collaborate tightly with PMs and Engineers as a co-equal product builder
- Build and evolve design systems and scalable UI standards
- Craft experiences that eliminate work or make the job dead simple for users
Requirements
- 6â10+ years of end-to-end product design ownership
- Deep experience in SaaS, platform, or API-heavy environments is a plus
- Strong product intuition and the ability to lead product strategy through design
- World-class taste and systems thinking
- Ruthlessly reduce friction, polish flows, and solve for clarity over cleverness
