UX Designer

The UX Designer will collaborate on researching, concepting, and defining solutions to help teams visualize and build the future by designing workflows and interactions. Responsibilities include designing high-fidelity interactions reflecting the design system, owning the full design lifecycle including user research, and partnering with engineering for implementation.
Responsibilities
- Design high-fidelity interactions, mocks, and features that consistently reflect our design system
- Define and suggest specific design solutions based on a deep understanding of customer problems
- Own the full design lifecycle for your team’s features
- Communicate user intents and motivations to drive delightful experiences
- Partner with engineers and QA specialists during the translation and implementation of your designs
Requirements
- Sound knowledge of core design methods
- Ability to describe success metrics for design contribution
- Ability to design in various contexts
- Demonstrated ability to communicate sound design rationale
- Experience designing content, creating applications and working with complicated back-end constraints
