Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead high-impact design work across LTK’s Brand and Creator platforms, owning meaningful product surfaces end-to-end from discovery through delivery. This role involves framing ambiguous problems, partnering with Product and Engineering, and ensuring design decisions connect to measurable business outcomes like creator growth and revenue performance.
Responsibilities
- Frame ambiguous problems into clear opportunity spaces, structured approaches, and actionable design directions
- Partner with Product and Engineering to align on goals, tradeoffs, sequencing, and timelines
- Connect design decisions to measurable outcomes such as activation, engagement, retention, brand adoption, and creator growth
- Translate business and customer needs into scalable workflows, patterns, and systems
- Shape cohesive experiences across Brand and Creator surfaces
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products
- Proven experience shipping responsive web applications and native iOS products
- A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end ownership from discovery to delivery
- Experience working in close partnership with Product, Engineering, and Data in outcome-driven environments
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to create scalable patterns across multiple surfaces
