
Lead Product Designer

The Lead Product Designer will collaborate with product and engineering partners to define, build, and release new products and features, constructing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts. They will also develop high-fidelity visuals, participate in user research, write UX content, and contribute strategic thinking to the product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with partners across product and engineering to define, build, and release new products and features
- Construct user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts for validation
- Develop and deliver well-documented, high-fidelity visuals that accurately represent Faireâs brand and design system standards
- Participate in and/or lead user interviews and research to better understand customer needs
- Write UX content that helps customers accomplish their goals on Faire
- Contribute strategic thinking to product features and roadmap
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing digital products and systems
- Attention to detail and high quality visual, UX, systems design, and content design
- Great communication skills

Benefits
- Salary range: $180,000 - $247,500 per year
