- Lead end-to-end design of product features
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation
- Run lightweight research and usability testing
- Partner with product and business stakeholders to define problems, scope, and solutions
- Contribute to brand design needs, including marketing visuals, campaign assets, and sales decks
- Ensure visual consistency across brand and product touchpoints
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a senior design role
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment for a SaaS business
- Portfolio of shipped work showing strong visual and interaction design
- Experience designing thoughtful user journeys and edge cases across multi-step workflows
- Exceptional eye for visual design—typography, layout, hierarchy, and polish matter deeply
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Webflow
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
