Product Designer - Reservations

The role involves taking end-to-end ownership of the user experience for the Reservations product, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define problems and deliver solutions. This includes designing and iterating on user interfaces for both web and app ecosystems, and contributing to user research activities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the end-to-end design process for all key features within the Reservations product
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers to define problems, explore solutions, and deliver the best possible user experience
• Design and iterate on user interfaces – for both web and app contexts – creating concepts, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that meet both user needs and business goals
• Contribute to user research activities, including planning, executing, and synthesizing insights to inform design decisions
• Actively collaborate with the design system team, ensuring consistency and quality across the Reservations product and the broader Arrive ecosystem

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design, ideally working on web-based, consumer-facing digital products in a cross-functional team environment
• A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in UX and UI design, problem-solving, and the ability to ship impactful products
• Proven experience in defining user problems, leveraging research, and translating insights into well-executed design solutions
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
