Senior UX Designer - A26086

The Senior UX Designer will drive design excellence by managing the end-to-end product design process, including discovery, iteration, research, and validation across digital products. This role involves conducting workshops, connecting business challenges with user needs, and establishing design guidelines to ensure consistent quality.

Responsibilities

• Drive design excellence and ensure the highest quality of user experience across digital products
• Conduct end-to-end product design, iteration, research, and user testing/validation
• Connect the dots between business challenges, user needs, and technological advancements
• Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather insights that inform design solutions
• Rapidly create and iterate on ideas using user flows and mock-ups
• Present design solutions backed by research insights to continually enhance user interactions
• Establish design guidelines to ensure consistent design quality across products

Requirements

• Strong experience working collaboratively in agile cross-functional teams
• Skilled in stakeholder management with excellent organisational, presentation, and listening skills
• Meticulous attention to details and good problem-solving skills
• Open-minded, curious, and explorative
• Knowledge in design principles, colour theory, and typography
• Knowledge and experience in running user research, ideation workshops, and usability tests
• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, Computer Science, Business, or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the UX industry
