The Junior Graphic Designer supports marketing goals by producing engaging print and digital materials such as brochures, social media graphics, and signage under the direction of leadership. This role involves executing designs, taking direction from senior team members, and ensuring all materials align with brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce visual materials that support marketing campaigns and organizational needs
- Work closely with marketing associates, content specialists, and other team members to bring concepts to life
- Apply Springbrook’s brand standards consistently across all materials
- Attend events to assist with setting up branded materials and other day-of design needs
- Review documents for layout accuracy and brand alignment
- Assist in drafting basic written content for marketing materials as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Understanding of fundamental design principles
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Creative, flexible, organized, and detail-oriented
