Lead Product Designer

The Lead Product Designer will be directly responsible for leading product design activity across multiple products for JLL with a high degree of independence, while also supporting and mentoring more junior Product Designers. This role involves leading the design process from problem discovery through implementation, delivering compelling visual experiences, and guiding design decisions through analytics and research.
Responsibilities
- Lead product design activity across multiple products
- Support and mentor more junior Product Designers
- Contribute new approaches and innovations to the wider design team
- Present to and gain buy-in from senior stakeholders
- Design data-rich interfaces and visualizations
- Utilize AI-assisted design workflows and design for AI-powered product experiences
Requirements
- Strong knowledge in multiple UX disciplines, including user interface design, user research, service design, and behavioral psychology
- Experience in the use of and contribution to design systems
- Proven ability to influence without authority across cross-functional teams
- Comfortable presenting to and gaining buy-in from senior stakeholders
- Experience designing data-rich interfaces and visualizations
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and designing for AI-powered product experiences
