
UX Designer IGT-S

The role involves collaborating with a team to shape user experiences for Image Guided Therapy Systems (IGT-S) products, utilizing a human-centered design process that includes analysis, exploration, prototyping, and usability testing. The designer will be expected to bring clarity to complex workflows and raise the bar on UX, particularly with an affinity for AI-enabled applications.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a passionate team to shape outstanding user experiences for products and solutions
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, bringing strong skills in visualization, interaction, information architecture, and prototyping
- Bring clarity to complex workflows, raise the bar on UX, and have an affinity for AI-enabled applications
- Co-create design solutions, considering the broader ecosystem and valuing diverse perspectives
- Apply the company's Design System and Brand guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Design, Design Research, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with complex systems for professional use in regulated environments, preferably healthcare
- Experience with UX design for AI-enabled applications
- Ability to synthesize different perspectives and reframe design challenges
- Works together with project teams to co-create design solutions, considering the broader ecosystem and valuing diverse perspectives
- Experience with Figma, MS Office, prototyping tools, and Agile methodologies
- Applying a company's Design System and Brand guidelines
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
