Responsibilities
- Lead the design for multiple new opportunities, end-to-end
- Work closely with customers to develop a deep understanding of their problems, wants, and needs
- Create intuitive and optimal interactions and interfaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers
- Influence over strategy and roadmap
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in 0-1 design work at a high-growth startup
- Meticulous eye for aesthetics
- Strong ability to empathize with users
- Experience in frontend development
- Intellectually rigorous and highly empathic
