UX Designer IGT-S

The UX Designer will collaborate with a team to shape user experiences for Image Guided Therapy Systems (IGT-S) products, utilizing a human-centered design process that includes analysis, exploration, prototyping, and usability testing. The role involves bringing clarity to complex workflows and raising the bar on UX, particularly with an affinity for AI-enabled applications.
Responsibilities

- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Bring strong skills in visualization, interaction, information architecture, and prototyping
- Create user-focused strategies, innovations, solutions, and experiences

Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Design, Design Research, or related discipline
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with complex systems for professional use in regulated environments, preferably healthcare
- Experience with UX design for AI-enabled applications
- Ability to synthesize different perspectives and reframe design challenges
