Product Designer

The Product Designer will partner with product, engineering, and subject matter experts to realize the product vision by translating business objectives into user-centric design solutions. Key duties include creating artifacts like personas and wireframes, developing high-fidelity UI mockups for web and mobile, and designing animations and micro-interactions.
Responsibilities
- Design and collaborate with product, engineers, and subject matter experts to refine and bring the product vision to life
- Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and/or similar artifacts to communicate design concepts and test ideas
- Conduct user research, usability tests, and heuristic evaluations to gather insights and validate design decisions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or Interaction Designer
- Technical proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals and user research into actionable design strategies
- Experience shaping product direction and contributing to roadmap discussions
