Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable UX solutions
- Align design decisions with measurable KPIs and product growth
- Actively contribute to product strategy discussions
- Identify trade-offs and recommend data-informed decisions
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, wireframing, documentation, and prototyping
Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience in Product Design
- Strong experience building and managing structured Design Systems
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams
- Strong task and time management skills
