
The role involves designing and improving the UX of Aceve's products through user research, prototyping, and testing to ensure they are intuitive and aligned with business goals. Responsibilities also include establishing design standards via the Design System and advocating for UX best practices across teams.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development of user-friendly interfaces
- Establishing design processes and contributing to the Aceve Design System
- Supporting the team by sharing UX best practices, facilitating design workshops, and mentoring colleagues
- Enhancing user experience through design and improvement of UX
- Conducting user research and planning and executing research studies
Requirements
- Strong expertise in UX design principles
- Solid understanding of user research techniques, usability testing, and user psychology
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
- Ability to translate user insights and business requirements into effective design solutions
- Experience working with design systems, information architecture, and accessibility standards
