Experienced Product Designer (UX/UI) - Shape Meaningful SaaS Product Experiences – 12 months cover

The Product Designer will play a central role in the product team, collaborating closely with the existing Product Designer, Product Manager, and engineers to define, design, and refine digital products based on user needs and business goals. Success involves delivering high-quality solutions, rapidly understanding complex domains, driving processes from insight to implementation, and delivering visually appealing, intuitive designs reflected in user satisfaction data.
Responsibilities
- Understand users' needs, pains, and desires to define, design, and refine digital products
- Collaborate closely with the product team, including the Product Manager and Software Engineers
- Engage with subject matter experts, sales, and customer success teams
- Participate in the Design Guild and contribute to design critique, knowledge sharing, and joint efforts
- Deliver high-quality solutions and fast iteration designs
- Utilize insights, ideation, prototyping, and user testing to inform product development
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma and fast iterating designs
- Experience with driving product discovery, including user research
- Ability to showcase intuitive and visually appealing product designs
- Strong portfolio with user-friendly interaction design and relevant user-centered processes
- Understanding, speaking, and writing Danish (minimum CEFR B1, preferable B2 or higher)
- Ability to work on-site in Aarhus, Denmark, at minimum 3 days a week
