The Senior UX Designer will take responsibility for the entire design process, from customer insights and concept development through to final design and implementation on the web. Key duties include defining information architecture, user flows, interaction principles, and leading UX activities like workshops and needs analysis.
Responsibilities
- Define information architecture, user flows, and interaction principles
- Lead UX activities such as workshops, needs analysis, and concept development
- Support and onboard service designers in their work related to UX
- Ensure that digital services follow accessibility requirements and good UX practices
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in UX work in larger organizations or complex environments
- Experience in working with information architecture, user flows, and interaction design
- Good understanding of accessibility (WCAG, EAA) and its impact on UX decisions
- Ability to convert insights into concrete requirements, concepts, and prototypes
