Key duties include managing the design team, supervising user research, directing design strategy with product teams, analyzing tests, ensuring UX consistency, and creating wireframes and prototypes.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the industry as a Product Designer with a product vision
- Expertise in management, user research, design systems, and animation of user tests
- Mastery of design interface tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe suite
- Ability to work in a team and in Agile mode
- Good understanding of user journey before interface
