The Product Designer will take full ownership of building and maintaining enterprise-scale design systems, translating product requirements into detailed design specifications for various platform products and services. This role involves conducting user research, contributing to journey mapping, and ensuring design consistency with overall UX vision.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of building and maintaining design systems at enterprise scale
- Conduct user research and usability testing, leveraging insights to inform design decisions and validate solutions
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to ensure the feasibility and integrity of design solutions
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility and usability standards across the platform
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in UX/UI or product design
- Demonstrated experience leading design initiatives and projects
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in product, UX/UI design, design research, and design systems
- Expert level proficiency in leading design tools such as Figma and collaboration tools such as Miro
- Deep understanding of human-centered design principles, interaction design best practices, and usability
