Sr. Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead design across the full product development lifecycle, from discovery through launch, by immersing themselves with dealership teams to identify friction points and design intelligent, human-centered workflows. This involves designing end-to-end service experiences, obsessing over every touchpoint, and utilizing modern AI tooling to reduce manual work and build trust.
Responsibilities

- Design intelligent, AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual work, increase clarity, and build trust
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design, UI/UX, or interaction design experience
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio showcasing product design leadership, conceptual strength, and polished execution
- Deep understanding of UX best practices, information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility standards
