Marketing Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for concepting and producing high-quality design applications across packaging, digital channels, and marketing campaigns to shape the visual identity of pet product brands. Key duties include developing creative that maintains brand standards, designing packaging and digital assets, and collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, and Sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative that reflects brand standards and resonates with pet parents
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to support new product lines
• Build and manage asset libraries, including product photography, lifestyle imagery, and iconography
• Design packaging, labels, die lines, and inserts for pet products
• Create digital assets for website, Amazon, CRM campaigns, ads, and social media
• Support enhanced e-commerce presentation and A+ content
• Design in-store signage, POP displays, rack headers, and trade show graphics
• Partner with Product Development on new product concepts and designs
• Work with Marketing to translate campaign strategies into visual executions
• Collaborate with Sales to create catalogs, sell sheets, and materials
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Maintain organized project files and track time allocation
• Ensure all artwork meets technical specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or 5+ years relevant experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, brand systems, and digital work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• Familiarity with packaging production and color management is a plus
• Experience designing for e-commerce platforms preferred
• Strong understanding of design for print and digital applications
• Passion for pets and understanding of pet parent behavior is ideal
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to precision and production accuracy
