UX DESIGNER H/F

The UX Designer will be involved in all key stages of Design Thinking, from empathy to testing, ensuring a User-Centric approach while integrating business objectives. Responsibilities include conducting user research, competitive benchmarking, facilitating ideation workshops, creating information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, and following up on user testing.

Responsibilities

• Participating in all stages of the Design Thinking process, from empathy to testing
• Defining the project and its objectives, and integrating business stakes
• Conducting user research, audits, and analysis to understand users' needs and behaviors
• Creating prototypes, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Testing and validating solutions with users, and iterating on the design

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a UX Designer
• Good knowledge of UX methods and tools, such as Figma, Sketch, XD, or Axure
• Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with different teams and services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in French (written and spoken)
