Sr. Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing static advertisements for Paid Social channels, utilizing channel best practices and weekly performance data to rapidly create high-performing creative and iterations. This role also involves designing performance and editorial Emails and collaborating with Channel partners to refine the channel's design system.

Responsibilities

• Designing static ads for Paid Social, leveraging channel best practices and weekly performance data to quickly and autonomously deliver high-performing creative and iterations
• Designing performance and editorial Emails, and working with Channel partners to continue to fine-tune the channel's design system
• Working closely with ACD, Channel, and Brand partners to develop testing roadmaps for each channel
• Staying apprised of the competitive landscape and proactively bringing new ideas to the table to support channel goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience, mainly or exclusively in high-growth startup or agency settings
• Deep history of design for performance channels, especially Paid Social and Email channels - and a portfolio that demonstrates those skills
• Solid understanding of how to interpret performance data and how to apply learnings to design
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• A+ organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and low ego
