The UX Designer will work closely with the UX lead to execute the product vision by participating in the entire end-to-end product design process, focusing on improving user experience by reducing clicks and automating complex workflows. Responsibilities include understanding user needs, synthesizing research data to make value-driven design decisions, creating various design deliverables, and partnering with engineers to implement responsive solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the UX lead to formulate and execute the product vision
  • Understanding and documenting client needs to ensure business goals and value are achieved
  • Creating design deliverables such as sketches, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
  • Designing and delivering responsive and adaptive solutions optimized for web and mobile interfaces
  • Partnering with engineers to translate designs into successful products
  • Sharing design best practices and promoting a design-centric culture
  • Advocating for user abilities and ensuring WCAG ADA compliance

Requirements

  • Outstanding portfolio that demonstrates experience in creating experiences that solve business and user needs
  • 3-6 years of experience as a UX designer
  • Bachelor's degree in design or related field
  • Excellent skills in Figma
  • Experience designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement
  • Ability to leverage research, wireframes, and prototypes to validate and enhance design concepts
  • Collaborative, explorative environment with excellent communication and active listening skills
