Sr. Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead end-to-end design execution across digital, print, social, and branding projects while guiding and mentoring junior designers to ensure quality and consistency. Key duties include developing strong visual concepts, overseeing daily creative output, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on cohesive campaign ideas.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design execution across digital, print, social, and branding projects
• Develop strong visual concepts and campaign creatives aligned with brand and marketing goals
• Oversee daily creative output, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery
• Guide and mentor junior designers to elevate overall team performance
• Collaborate with content, marketing, video, and strategy teams to build cohesive campaign ideas

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in graphic design, digital media, branding, or a similar creative role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, campaign design, brand identity work, and social media creatives
• Leadership experience preferred
• Technical skills: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Working knowledge of Premiere Pro or similar tools for short videos
• Familiarity with Figma for UI/UX and collaborative design
