Responsibilities
- Design and Production: Create compelling adaptation designs for advertising campaigns, including print, digital, and Out-of-Home (OOH) media
- Video Editing: Fully adapted content, ensuring all materials meet legal and technical standards for broadcast in various markets
- Technical Expertise: Utilize the Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard post-production platforms to execute projects from concept to final delivery
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative partners to deliver cohesive, on-brand creative that meets all project specifications and deadlines
- Problem-Solving: Provide creative and technical solutions to challenges, maintaining a positive attitude under tight deadlines
- Presentation: Create and present ideas and design concepts in a clear, concise, and engaging manner
- Asset Management: Manage assigned projects and assets efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to all file management and quality control methods
Requirements
- Solid experience as both a designer and a video editor within the post-production or advertising industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro/After Effects
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a clear eye for design, creative flair, and polished video editing skills
- Thorough understanding of post-production processes, including color correction, motion graphics, and audio mixing
- Excellent communication skills and experience with client-attended sessions
- Exceptional organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail
- A degree in Graphic Arts, Fine Arts, or equivalent professional experience is required
