Video Editor & Motion Graphic Designer

The role involves creating and designing animated advertisements (video, motion graphics, GIF) for advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, while adapting each piece to the native format and specifications of each platform to ensure correct visualization and performance. Responsibilities also include maintaining visual coherence with brand guidelines and collaborating closely with the Paid Media team to align creative output with campaign strategies.

Responsibilities

• Create and design animated ads (video, motion graphics, GIF) for advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Adapt each video piece to the native format and specifications of each platform, ensuring correct visualization and performance of the content
• Collaborate with other designers and video editors on the team to ensure visual content alignment with campaign strategies
• Maintain daily and constant communication with the PAID MEDIA team to ensure that the pieces meet the needs of the brand and the campaign
• Maintain visual coherence in all ads and ensure compliance with the company's brand guidelines
• Optimize visual elements of ads to maximize performance on different digital platforms
• Structure and hierarchize messages clearly and effectively, ensuring that the information is transmitted directly to the user and meets the objectives of the audiovisual content
• Understand and know our buyer persona to adapt the content to the tone of voice, visual rhythm, and brand level suitable for each market
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and changes in platform algorithms to ensure the effectiveness and timeliness of the ads

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in video editing and motion graphics for social media campaigns
• Professional mastery of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Cloud tools and complementary programs like Figma or CapCut
• Knowledge of AI-generated content applied to audiovisual production
• Ability to adapt pieces to different formats and specifications for Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Proactive profile with good communication and teamwork skills
• Organization and meticulousness in the work process
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
