Responsibilities
- Own and lead UX/UI design for KAST's mobile app and internal web apps
- Build and maintain a scalable design system for consistent, high-quality app experiences
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to iterate rapidly
- Mentor and guide junior designers
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- At least 3+ years of expertise in Fintech design for mobile and desktop dashboards
- Proven experience with design systems and user research
- Strong skills in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Web3 or challenger bank experience is a strong plus
