UI Designer Senior – Design System (Services connectés) – Paris 12e

The main role involves designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma while ensuring technical feasibility and contributing to the evolution and maintenance of the front-office Design System. Responsibilities also include ensuring visual consistency, covering all UI states, performing graphic testing, and integrating accessibility standards (RGAA) from the design phase.

Responsibilities

• Designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes under Figma, ensuring technical feasibility
• Contributing to the evolution of the Design System (components, patterns, assets, process) and its maintainability
• Ensuring visual consistency of interfaces and complete coverage of UI states (loading, error, success, empty, disabled, edge cases)
• Creating graphic recipes and accompanying the DSI in integration (compliance reviews, corrective feedback)
• Integrating accessibility (RGAA) from the design stage
• Producing clear, structured, and documented deliverables and contributing to design acculturation among stakeholders

Requirements

• 6 years minimum of experience in UI design (senior level)
• Mastering Figma (indispensable): components/variants, libraries, file organization
• Proven experience on a Design System (creation, evolution, maintenance, documentation)
• Web and product culture: integration constraints, Agile work, modular design (atomic design, patterns)
• Knowledge of accessibility rules (RGAA)
• Soft skills: rigor, team spirit, attention to detail, ability to argue, constructive challenging, solution-oriented
