The Senior Web Designer will creatively lead complex web design projects, focusing on elevating and maintaining brand consistency across the company's online presence through hands-on design work. Key duties include designing responsive layouts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and supporting junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver responsive web layouts, landing pages, and campaign experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual storytelling and functionality meet project objectives
- Prepare and optimize multi-density assets and export pipelines for implementation
- Partner with developers to ensure design fidelity and provide clear handoff specifications
- Maintain accessibility standards and localization readiness
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web or graphic design
- Advanced Figma skills
- Expertise in responsive design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Working understanding of HTML/CSS, browser behavior, and developer collaboration
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and localization challenges
