The Senior Product Designer will lead the evolution of design best practice, shaping scalable, user-first design while remaining hands-on in designing the product and a scalable design system. Responsibilities include designing and optimizing end-to-end customer journeys across mobile and web, defining UX approaches, and collaborating with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Designing and optimising end-to-end customer journeys across mobile and web platforms
- Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to co-create solutions
- Defining UX approaches and research plans across initiatives and teams
- Engaging directly with customers to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure the product delivers real value
- Using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform evidence-based decisions
- Taking an active part in evolving Seccl's design system
Requirements
- Experience within UX design and cross-platform
- Comfortable working with data and insights to guide decisions
- Experience in customer research methods
- Keen eye for detail, strong visual design skills, and the ability to translate complex user journeys into simple, intuitive interfaces
- Clear bias for action and proactivity
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
- Leverage modern best-in-class tooling and experience using AI in workflows
- Empathy for others through mentorship, sharing knowledge, and modelling high standards

- Salary between £65,000 and £80,000 + reviewed annually
