Product Designer

The Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences across web and mobile platforms, contributing to the full design process from research to execution. Responsibilities include translating user needs into design solutions, creating documentation like wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring design consistency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly
• Develop user flows, journey maps, and other design documentation to support product development
• Contribute to and maintain consistency within the existing design system and style guides
• Conduct usability testing sessions and apply user feedback to refine designs
• Ensure design accuracy and feasibility through close collaboration with development teams
• Use design principles, research insights, and data to support and explain design decisions
• Present design concepts and rationale to peers and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related role
• Strong understanding of information architecture, user flows, and responsive design
• Proficient in Figma and other modern design tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and user-centric design
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
