The Senior UX Designer will collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams from concept through launch, defining the design strategy for Owl’s platforms to ensure consistency and intuitive experiences. Key tasks include creating clear interfaces for complex tasks, conducting user research, and designing explainable, accountable, and trustworthy experiences.

Requirements
- Over 4 years of experience delivering large-scale AI or SaaS products
- Strong portfolio that highlights expertise in UX, UI, and interaction design
- Experience solving complex interaction design challenges
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and transform it into a clear, actionable vision
