Responsibilities
- Design the entire first-transfer journey
- Own the design of the first-transfer funnel
- Work on conversion and drop-off across every step
- Design compliance and verification flows
- Create fee and rate transparency patterns
- Make design system contributions
Requirements
- At least 4 years designing at a fintech or payments company
- At least one end-to-end payment case study
- Direct involvement in A/B tests
- Explicit experience designing KYC or AML flows
- Evidence of designing for FX or fee transparency
