The role focuses on designing interfaces where AI performs background work while ensuring the user maintains control, spanning research, interaction design, visual execution, and business judgment. Key tasks include designing AI-assisted flows, owning onboarding, developing voice/chat UX, ensuring accessibility, and maintaining the design system.
Responsibilities
- Design interfaces where AI does real work in the background and the user stays in control of what happens
- Work on AI assisted flows
- Work on onboarding and activation
- Design interaction patterns for voice and chat based entry points
- Build for users across geographies, languages, and levels of financial literacy
- Create and maintain components and patterns that scale across a global multi market product
Requirements
- AI interface design in production
- End to end ownership of complex flows
- Design decisions grounded in data
- Fintech or regulated product experience
- Accessible and inclusive design practice
