
The Product Designer will be responsible for deeply understanding users through research to inform product direction across the dashboard, developer tools, and internal systems. This role also involves owning the visual identity translation into the product and collaborating closely with engineering to ship high-velocity, high-quality experiences.
Responsibilities
- User Research: conduct deep research to understand users and inform product direction
- Product Design: own the design of the dashboard, developer tools, partner experiences, and internal systems
- Visual Identity & Brand: extend and evolve Sapiom's visual identity across product surfaces
- Prototyping & Validation: translate product vision and strategy into tangible prototypes
- Collaboration & Shipping: work closely with engineering to prioritize, scope, and ship at high velocity
Requirements
- Full-Stack Designer with experience in research, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and production collaboration
- Strong opinions on craft, but pragmatic about tradeoffs
- Systems thinker with ability to create reusable components, consistent interactions, and scalable design foundations
- User-obsessed but business-aware, with ability to articulate why design decisions matter for the business
- Radically iterative with low ego and high craft mentality
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build from zero
