The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design for major product initiatives, translating complex trading workflows into intuitive, high-performance user experiences. This role involves leading discovery through research and prototyping, designing data-heavy interfaces, and establishing/evolving the product design system.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for major product initiatives
- Translate complex trading workflows into intuitive, high-performance user experiences
- Lead discovery through user research, usability testing, and rapid prototyping
- Design data-dense dashboards, risk views, and performance interfaces
- Partner closely with Product Managers to define feature requirements and user flows
- Collaborate deeply with Engineering to ensure pixel-perfect, technically feasible execution
- Establish and evolve Tradeify's product design system
- Improve trader onboarding, activation, and lifecycle experience
- Influence product roadmap through user-centered insights
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience (fintech, trading, or SaaS strongly preferred)
- Proven experience designing complex, data-heavy applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and shipped products
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and design systems
- Deep understanding of UX, interaction design, and information architecture
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Ownership mindset and high attention to detail
