Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end design projects, focusing on creating elegant, systematic UI and maintaining design systems as the company expands to a multi-product experience. Responsibilities include translating complex problems using diagrams and flows, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and validating hypotheses through user research and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design projects, tailoring approach to the challenge at hand
• Create elegant, systematic UI and maintain design systems
• Use diagrams, user flows, and wireframes to untangle complex problems
• Ensure every pixel pushes both user needs and business goals forward
• Work side-by-side with PMs, Analysts, and Engineers

Requirements

• Native Mobile Expertise: deep understanding of native platform design patterns and UI
• Portfolio that proves ability to take a vague problem and turn it into a shipped native product
• Comfort with Lean UX and moving fast
• Ability to produce UI that is scalable and consistent across both web and native environments
• Full-stack designer with deep command of UX methodology and interaction patterns
