Product Designer

The Product Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing mobile and web products while collaborating cross-functionally with teams like Product Management and Engineering. This includes defining design opportunities, using data to inform solutions, and creating user-centered designs based on business requirements and user journeys.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design mobile and web products while collaborating closely with other teams
- Define short and long-term design opportunities, ideate new product features, and identify key opportunities to meet user and business needs
- Use research and data to inform and implement solutions, iterate on designs, and perform metrics analysis post-launch to optimize the user experience
- Develop strategic insights and strategies that guide the development of user experience (UX)
- Create user-centered designs by considering business requirements, customer feedback, usability findings, and user journeys
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience designing mobile and web-based products
- Proven ability to lead and launch end-to-end product features
- High proficiency in Figma, with strong knowledge of Design Systems and Variables
- Foundational understanding of HTML and CSS
- Excellent analytical skills to break down and solve complex problems
- Attention to detail, exceptional verbal and communication skills, and deep user empathy
