Senior UI/UX Designer

The Senior UI/UX Designer will own and evolve the design vision, establishing a unified design language, defining UI standards, and creating a scalable design system in Figma across the company's SaaS products. This role involves translating product requirements into high-fidelity designs, conducting user research, and ensuring intuitive, professional, and accessible implementation in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve a unified design language across all Green Cabbage products
• Define UI standards for typography, spacing, color systems, and interaction patterns
• Create and maintain a scalable design system in Figma
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing in collaboration with Product

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in UI/UX or product design for B2B SaaS
• Demonstrated experience acting as a design lead or primary designer on a product
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex web-based applications
• Proficiency in Figma (component systems, variants, design tokens preferred)
• Deep understanding of layout, typography, and modern interface patterns
