The Product Designer will own end-to-end discovery and design delivery for marketplace features within their product pod, focusing on revisiting and elevating key customer journeys like core experiences, growth loops, checkout, payments, and risk. They will partner closely with Product Managers and engineers to translate insights into shipped features and use AI/LLM tools to accelerate exploration and prototyping.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end discovery and design delivery for marketplace features within your product pod
- Revisit and elevate key customer journeys across the marketplace
- Partner closely with Product Managers and engineers to turn insights into shipped features
- Design, run, and iterate on experiments to validate hypotheses and drive measurable impact
- Translate user behavior, marketplace dynamics, and business constraints into intuitive, high-quality product experiences
- Use AI/LLM tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and decision-making
Requirements
- Senior-level experience designing complex digital products
- Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex flows
- Proven experience running experiments and designing for measurable outcomes
- High ownership mindset
- Comfort working autonomously in cross-functional pods
- Strong product judgment and commercial awareness
- Fluency in modern design tools and curiosity about AI-assisted workflows
